Over 12 years of experience in loan originations, he specializes in FHA, USDA, and investment properties. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Terry began his financial career with Morgan Stanley as a Registered Representative. Impressed with Horizon’s comprehensive focus on customer service and satisfaction. I am originally a native of Greenwood and relocated to the Upstate in 2001.  I pursued a career in the mortgage industry in 1997 following a successful 10 year career in sales with MetLife Insurance Company.  Having owned my own Mortgage Company for 3 years, I am very well seasoned in origination as well as processing of mortgage loans. When buying or refinancing a home, the mortgage process can become overwhelming; I make it my top priority that each client is aware and comfortable through each phase of the loan process and will ultimately be my client for life.

David is a Brevard College (N.C) as well as a University of Georgia (Athens) graduate. He handles refinances, purchases, conventional, FHA, VA, rural, and first time home buyer loans. Donna Duckett is a lifelong resident of Fountain Inn, SC.
