If you are in the market to buy or purchase a new home you may now be able to obtain an interest rate below 5% again. As of today rates have fallen below 5% for a30 year fixed rate mortgage and they are in the low 4’s for a 15 year fixed rate. You would need to submit a full application to see if you would qualify for these rates at this time.
There are many who believe that these rates may not last much longer so if you have been waiting for that perfect time to explore, now may be the time.
